Event Management for EAs

Course Overview

If you’ve ever organised an event, you know the stress most people don’t see. One wrong detail, a late supplier, a missing name tag — and suddenly all eyes are on you. Your event isn’t just a task, it’s a reflection of your standards, capability, and composure.

This 3-part masterclass gives you what most EAs never get: a proven, professional framework for running events without the panic. You’ll learn how to plan with clarity, prevent disasters before they happen, manage stakeholders with confidence, and show your value beyond logistics.

And yes — you’ll walk away with practical templates, checklists and tools you can use immediately (plus an EA Event Essentials Kit from Jolly to back you up).

Why This Course

Our new expert-led course, Event Management for EAs, is built for the real world. Live. Practical. Interactive.

Events test every skill you have

You’re expected to “just make it happen,” but no one actually shows you how. This course gives you the professional frameworks EAs are rarely taught.

Your reputation is on the line

People don’t see the stress, but they’ll notice the one thing that goes wrong. This training helps you deliver confidently and protect your credibility.

Reactive planning is exhausting

With the right structure, run sheets, templates, and strategies, you can stay ahead of problems instead of putting out fires.

You’re representing the business

This course shows you how to align events with business goals, speak the language of decision-makers, and position yourself as a strategic partner, not just the organiser.
