Do I need to sign a contract upfront?
No, there’s no need to sign a contract upfront for Virtual Assistant (VA) services. We don’t charge any upfront fees or have lock-in contracts. You only start paying once you’ve selected an assistant and are satisfied with the match. For VA placements, there’s an all-inclusive hourly rate that covers everything, and payment is only due after your assistant has worked their first month. We do require a security deposit, but that’s just to ensure your assistant gets paid for their work. For permanent placements, the process is slightly different. You’ll need to sign and return our Terms of Business and pay a 15% deposit before we start working on your request.

How quickly can I expect to find an assistant?
The timeline can vary depending on your specific requirements and the availability of suitable candidates. However, we strive to match clients with assistants efficiently, typically within a short timeframe to meet your immediate needs.

What if I am not satisfied with the assistant provided?
We offer follow-up support to address any concerns or issues that may arise after placement. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and the successful integration of the assistant into your business. We offer a guarantee period of 90 days.
